1 . Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 2nd year Kodava Inter-Family Thok Namme 2026 website and registering for theEvent, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or register for the event.

Event Registration

By registering for Thok Namme 2026, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Pay the applicable entry fees as specified (₹1000/-)
• Ensure all team members meet the eligibility criteria for participation
• Abide by all event rules and regulations
• Accept the decisions of event organizers and officials as final

Eligibility

To participate in Thok Namme 2026:

• Participants must belong to a registered Kodava family
• Teams must be registered under a valid family name
• Participants must be in good health and physically fit

Only the first 4 teams registered from each family will be confirmed for the tournament. The 5th team registered from the same family will not be accepted, and the registration amount will be fully refunded.

2 . Entry Fees and Payments

• 04 Teams from each family can participate.
• ⁠₹1000/- for each team.
• Payments can be made via UPI or bank transfer
• Payments require 24-48 hours for verification
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification
• Entry fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

3 . Registration Verification

Registration verification process:

• UPI and bank transfer payments require submission of payment screenshot
• Payments are verified within 24-48 hours
• Verified registrations will appear on the Teams page
• Organizers reserve the right to reject registrations that do not meet eligibility criteria

4 . Event Rules

All participants must:

• Follow all rules and regulations as specified by the Event committee.
• Maintain sportsman spirit and respect opponents, officials, and spectators.
• Arrive at the venue on time for scheduled matches.
• Accept umpire decisions as final
• Refrain from any form of misconduct or unsportsmanlike behaviour.

5 . Liability and Disclaimer

The organizers of Thok Namme 2026:

• Are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues during the event
• Are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property at the venue
• Reserve the right to modify Event schedules, rules, or format
• May cancel or postpone matches due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
• Are not liable for any technical issues with the website or payment gateway
• Participants acknowledge that Shooting is a physical sport and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

6 . Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• No use of abusive language or gestures
• No physical altercations or threatening behavior
• No consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances at the venue
• Respect for Event property and facilities
• Cooperation with organizers and security personnel
• Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

7 . Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is the property of Alemada Thok Namme 2026 organizers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

8 . Photography and Media

• By participating in Alemada Thok Namme 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, social media, and future event marketing without additional consent or compensation.

9 . Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the website or participation in the event constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10 . Governing Law

• These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or participation in Alemada Thok Namme 2026 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kodagu District, Karnataka.
